Description
By using solar thermal or forced circulation systems, energy savings of 70-100% are achieved, as the operating time of the burner or electrical resistance is reduced depending on the sunshine of the area and the size of the system, while at the same time reducing carbon dioxide emissions. The forced circulation systems are made of excellent materials according to international standards and carry certificates confirming their quality.
These are systems of high aesthetics that are installed in a simple and quick way, harmoniously matching
with the traditional or modern architecture of the buildings, saving energy throughout the year.
Even in areas with low sunshine they ensure the preheating of the water, which contributes to
drastically reduce the consumption of conventional energy.
Water storage tank: made of cold-rolled steel, with internal double enamel coating,
baked at 860°C according to DIN 4753. The coating is carried out in privately owned industrial
high-tech facilities. The boilers shall be checked one by one as they leave the
coating unit, ensuring the excellent quality of the enamel.
Exchangers for the transfer of thermal energy: Internal heat exchanger made of high grade steel
(Tubo type) integrated in the bottom of the container, for the connection of the solar panels.
Optional internal high-strength steel heat exchanger (Tubo type) integrated in the upper
part of the container, for connecting the secondary heating source.
Thermal insulation: which minimizes thermal losses, keeping the temperature of the hot water at a minimum
water. Expanded ecological polyurethane for the types of capacity up to 500lt. Flexible
removable insulation 70mm thick, for the 800lt and 1000lt capacity types.
External casing made of special PVC & ABS caps of high durability and excellent aesthetics.
Cathodic protection: with magnesium anode, periodically replaced, for effective internal protection
protection against corrosion and salt deposition caused by reactions
electrolysis.
